Today, Sassy had her dental consult. Everything checked out. Her teeth don’t need to be fixed. They said they want to see her in six months, and that hear heart and breathing are good. They also said to give her hay, and lots of it. She’s on a diet of straight Timothy hay. They said she’s ok and asked about her painting. They said sometimes some rabbits pant more than others. I was relieved that her heart and breathing are normal, and her teeth seem to be good. The vet had me look at the teeth, too and told me what I was looking at. No spurs. No cheek damage or abscesses.
