Is he neutered? He will need to be if you want to bond him to another rabbit. Also, are you familiar with the bonding process? You cannot just put them together and expect them to be friends. Some people think this, but they are mistaken. Size doesn’t matter as much as personality.

As already posted, the size of the rabbits doesn’t matter, and that’s also true about age. The female in the photo looks very young. Is she old enough to have been spayed already? I assume that your male has been neutered. You should wait at least a month after spay or neuter surgery before starting the bonding process, for healing purposes and for the hormones to level out. You shouldn’t put bunnies together even for a few minutes of play/exercise if both have not been spayed and neutered. You can bring the female home once she has been spayed, but you will need to keep her separated from your male until the time is right to start bonding. You can do some pre-bonding, by swapping blankets or towels between the bunnies, but they shouldn’t have any physical contact until the month has passed since their surgeries, and you start the actual bonding.
