Sprocket does not seem to be able to master the bunny flop. he keeps over rotating onto his back or at times a full turn to the other side…so basically he is rolling around on his back then back to his stomach. and silly one keeps trying at least 3 times at a time before just stretching out on his tummy then turning to his side into the position the flop would give him.
so yesterday he sort of paused on his back and I turned him back to his side. was only a second or two. I have seen bunnies sleep on their backs before…BUT my QUESTION is…
can a bunny put themselves into that stasis on their back that humans do but should not put them in or if they do it themselves then it’s just comfy?
also … Spocket has only been eating Alfalfa hay with no greens and once or twice a week a bit of pellets as treats…he drinks a fair amount of water…being a hot summer and all and no water from greens can I assume that that is normal?
Thanks!
