  Hi there With that long fur in areas he could be a mix between a holland and an angora or lionhead. Or at least one of the other longhaired breeds

  He looks like a fuzzy lop. The breed was developed when English angoras were mixed with Holland lops. He could be a Holland x lionhead cross though.
