Do you know how old she is?

That she was in with bucks, it is possible she is pregnant if old enough. But those things you mention can be typical of non pregnant rabbits also. Sometimes you can see their stomach move back and forth.
From what I understand, it’s not easy to tell when a rabbit is pregnant from palpitating them. So im not really sure you’d be able to see kits moving around.
I don’t have much experience with pregnant rabbits though.

Digging is normal bun behaviour. Some will do it more then others.
The growling can also be normal for some. Especially if you reach into their space/cage or put your hands right in front of the face in their blind spot.

How long have you had her?
