  hi i just got a bunny 2 days ago on 5/22/17 and she looked fine when i got her but now she keeps DIGGING and then Laying on the hole she dug in the bedding and when she gets out of her cage for exersize she runs around for a few mins. and then lays down. and earlier today her stomach was moving around sort of and it was weird looking please tell me what is wrong with her!

  I think the digging is normal and his running around and laying but I’m not to sure about the stomach thing.

  Rabbits like to dig in their bedding and it’s not unusual for them to lay down after exercising. The fact that you see her stomach moving around makes me wonder if she is pregnant. How old is she and was she with other rabbits?

  For the stomach thing, was it looking similar to what’s shown on this video ?

  If that’s the case, then it’s just normal rabbit digestion and it’s not a thing to worry about.

  Digging is normal rabbit behaviour so no that doesn’t mean she’s sick lol. Dunno about the tummy thing tho, pregnancy?

  I dont know if she is pregnant only had her for 3 days but the man i bought her from kept her with other boy and girl bunnies

  i dont know how old she is. the man i bought her from didnt tell me but she was with other rabbits cause he had the boys and girls all in the same cage.
