  This is already in my previous post, but I just thought I would post it in a new thread so that people will know it is here. My first assumption was that she had injured/scraped her foot on something, but I’m also worried that it might be self-inflicted because of boredom (she is still healing from her spay so I’ve been limiting her activity). What do you guys think?

  Ouch. That looks self inflicted to me. If shes recovering from her spay, she may be in pain meaning something might be wrong. Youre best to go to a vet to make sure all is ok

  Self mutilation can be from post spay pain, as Mikey says. It really would be best to contact the vet that did the spay. She might need oral or injectable antibiotics, more painkillers and a cone to wear when she can’t be supervised.
  
  I can’t say if this actually is self inflicted, but since you’ve checked her cage for possible sharp edges etc and found nothing, it’s a reasonable suspicion.
