Sadly not to cover the entire space, Have you attempted litter box training? Whats her status on that? If she is comfortable and knows were to go potty she will normally potty in the box. If the basement is her area can you provide a second litter box where you can tell her that’s an ok place to pee/poop?

I have had trouble with flooring myself, it is I would say the most difficult aspect of houserabbit care. I agree with BanditCamp, and would add that fleece throws are useful, you can get them for double beds and when covering the floor heavy furniture or even stones or bricks can the used to secure the corners. this would soak majority of any accidents and hold it long enough for you to machine wash it. Over time, your rabbit will come to understand that it is not to go on the fleece but in the litter box.
