For a few days Olly has been playing dead when I go in his X-Pen to clean his cage, does anyone else have this problem of sudden playing dead?

Do you mean once you enter, he stops what he’s doing and falls over, or that while you’re already there, he falls over?

            — Also, does he look like this when he does it?

Yes and yes, I do hope he is OK, we’ve not had a fall out or anything.

I have seen a YouTube video, it is like a bunny flop, I know every bunny flop is different, Olly’s flops might be different to your rabbit’s flops, or maybe similar in shape.

Wick has his usually flops, but when he’s very relaxed and let’s himself go limp, he gets like that picture.

There’s could be many reasons for this behavior, and unfortunately none I’m experienced with. If health wise he’s fine, I’d recommend entering his pen when he’s not around if possible

Those are called “Heart Attack Flops” because they give Bunny Mommies a heart attack since it looks like bunny’s dead.

Yep, could be a flop, could be your rabbit is a jerk like mine. When Meki sees me packing bags, she seems to know I’m leaving her and goes completely limp, acts like she doesn’t want any food, is dead weight if I try to pick her up… until I leave the room and she eats everything in sight. The heart attack flops as littlepuffytail mentioned are GREAT because Meki will actually go on her back and twitch her front legs. I’ve gone skidding over to her cage before I knew what was up. But I agree, if your bunny is in sound health and is eating properly and everything, it could mean he’s super happy, or manipulating you, lol
