2 1/2 weeks ago my cat brought up a day old cottontail. I had no expectations of it living more than a day or two, but here we are at almost 3 weeks and she was doing good until a day or so ago. Her poop kept getting smaller and lighter in color and as of yesterday I haven’t seen any at all. In the last day she has refused to eat more than 3/4 – 1 ml. If that much. She’s limping on her front paw and making a weird noise when she moves her mouth. She still seems pretty active….trying to get out of the cage I have her in, moving around, etc. I’m just really worried about her. On top of that, a friend of my husband just brought 2 more 1-2 day old bunnies that his mother in law’s dog brought up. I am in Mountain View, Arkansas if anyone knows anyone in my area with more expertise, I really need to get them to them.
