I don’t know anything about those particular ingredients, but any time a rabbit eats something it shouldn’t, you need to make sure that they eat plenty of hay and drink lots of water. Then keep a good eye on them, to make sure they are acting normally and pooping and peeing. Did he possibly bite you because you were picking him up trying to examine him? I hope that he will be just fine.

I’m sorry I’m late to this. How is your bun doing now? Rabbits can get activated carbon for poisonings, so the carbon is probably fine. It can make humans constipated though because it’s an adsorbant (fluid sticks to the surface of the material). Zeolite acts as an adsorbant too. I think the mechanism of action is pretty similar for both the carbon and the zeolite and that’s why it’s purifying: “bad stuff” sticks to the surface of the crystals.

I think the bun needs to be properly hydrated, perhaps more than you can do yourself at home. The compound is non toxic because it’s not digestible -it’s supposed to pass through and take bad stuff with it (zeolite is often used for “detox” in humans). So I’d worry about it clogging up the intestines or slowing them. If he ate very little he should be fine but that he’s bit you indicates he’s not feeling well.
