If she is a Holland lop, she will weigh 4 pounds or less. A rabbit that size should get about 1/8 cup of pellets per day.
Some people have thought they had a Holland lop, but they really had a mini lop, which gets a little bigger, up to 6 pounds. A rabbit that size could have 1/4 cup of pellets per day.
The pellets should be plain, with no colored bits or seeds in the mix, and they should be timothy based for adult rabbits. Slowly transition the pellets. Start with a 75% to 25% mix of the old with the new, the next week go 50/50, the following week go 25% old and 75% new, then all new pellets.
Of course, she should have unlimited hay every day, one of the grass hays such as timothy, orchard grass, oat hay, meadow hay.
Here are 2 links that show lists of greens and fruit and which ones are best for rabbits. Just try one new veggie every few days or every week.
