I recently have been giving Skyler some fresh Yu Choy in his diet, now that he is 11 months old. I only give him a little bit every other day, slowly every day. We have also moved him downstairs to our living room, where he can roam freely on the carpet, where he does all the binkies and jumps and runs.
ONE THING that is scaring me is that he now flops down in his litter quite often, at least often enough for us to see him do so. I know when he was younger he would but as soon as he’d see or hear us come near, he would jump up.
So now, he does this so often that its frightening me because I’m not sure if its cause I’m feeding him the wrong diet (hay is always available as well as fresh water) This is usually how it goes: eats, comes out of the cage, runs around for a bit, returns to cage, lays down in litter box. Sometimes head seemingly resting on the edge of the litter box, but head is upright, just chin is on the edge.
Should I be worried? I am still looking for vets to take him too, I was just wondering if this is normal for a young bun being more comfortable around us hoomins.
