I’ll be moving with my bunny soon.
Flying frombVirginia to Texas in the next three months possibly.
Give or take. I’m normally stressed out and frazzled at airports
I’ll be more so with my bunny.
I know you have to find a airport allowing bunnies.
And that you will have to take the bunny out of a carrier and hold them
when they scan you. Holding my bunny is okay he lets me hold him.
I’m worried he will run off. Should I clip him in a harness to his crate so he doesn’t run off? Unclip it to hold him? He hates his harness but he will wear it.
Also will a soft crate be okay? I have a soft bag type crate I am 100% sure fits airline specs for under the seat. I have a hard crate but it is sort of large and my not fit.
I’m so worried he would try to chew through it, get out and escape.
Honestly I’m so worried he will get lost. I know he will probably just freeze up and if he did get out stay by me (even outside ona harness he stays by me 80% of the time.)
I’m a little worried about the airport scaring him with the noise.
So far I’ve moved twice by car and he’s done exceptionally well so I’m worried he’ll freak out but confident he will manage okay.
I’m just so worried he’ll get lost.
Any tips? Ideas of what to expect? Just stories of how it went from those who have done it to walk me through?
Thank you I’m just so worried my bunny is my best friend
