Ah the worries I have for my bunnies over the exact same thing! I haven’t found a cause for it but it does happen sometimes to Buttercup – most of her poops will be fine but she’ll have the odd small one. As for Peanut, his poops always start off small in the morning and gradually return to normal as the day goes on. I think it’s because he doesn’t eat much hay overnight.
