When I first got my one of my buns, he would NOT let me touch him at all. What I found worked best was definitely hand feeding, as well as patience. Sit down in a small room with both (so they feel a bit more comfortable) and hold out a vegetable. Each day bring it closer and closer and eventually they’ll begin to trust you. Remember, it’s best not to even attempt picking them up in the early stages of bonding with your rabbit. Some bunnies are quite shy and will take longer and others will trust you quickly.

Also, I suggest you get them neutered soon because my 2 male buns were not neutered and were the best of friends until one day their hormones got to them and they started violently attacking each other and blood was drawn. – Just to save you from that.

Your rabbits definitely should be neutered, and if they are 12 weeks old or more, they should be separated until they have had their surgeries, and at least a month has passed. Once they hit puberty and are dealing with hormones, they can become aggressive and start fighting and severely injure each other.
