I know my bunnies love dried dandelion, they loved it from the very first taste. When I tried plantain they had a nibble, left it, then come back and devoured it. They love it just as much as dandelion if not more now. I’m currently trying coltsfoot, but they’re giving me mixed signals about it! Both Buttercup and Peanut nibbled some yesterday and then when I gave them a little more they left it, uninterested. Today, both had a sniff then left it, Buttercup has since returned and had a little nibble. As for birch leaf, they’ve both had a nibble and then lost interest in it. I’m guessing this means they are not particularly impressed with coltsfoot and birch leaf?! The same sort of thing happened when they tried dried chicory root – they were baffled by it at first, had a nibble and left it. Then came back and devoured it. They love it now!
I wish they’d just decide right from the get go if they like/dislike something
They devoured sunflower petals right away! I guess some items need further investigation before a decision can be made
Just about to post and Buttercup starts chomping on the birch leaf
Edited: Just tried to hand feed a birch leaf she left and she wasn’t interested and now she’s eating the coltsfoot
Buttercup, make up your mind!
Totally forgot to ask! Do your bunnies decide if they like something right away? Or do they need to investigate a little more like mine do?
