  I head some clanking about and my little bunny making a “Hu hu hu.” Sound, I found Olly trying to clean out his own litter tray
  
  Well he emptied it onto the floor and was tapping the bag of litter that was next to his tray, then he was picking the pieces of litter out of his bag one at a time and putting them in his tray.
  
  He has before got his bag of food and told me he needs his bowl filling.
  
  Has one of your bunnies ever done this or anything similar?

  No, but Bam often takes the lid off of one litterbox and slams it against the floor. I think it means: Starving bunny! Starving bunny! Because it stops if I give him food

  OMG that sounds hilarious! My bunnies prefer to hinder me doing things rather than help. They usually like to jump into the box of hay when they see me bringing it out of the cupboard. They just jump in and start gobbling lol.
