Can I just leave my rabbit in the Xpen for the whole day or do I have to give it a bigger space?

Depends on the size of the xpen and the size of the rabbit. Also make sure he has food, water, toys, and atleast one litter box

Sounds like it is a good size for him then You might need to make it a little bigger in the future if he seems bored, as of course, more room is always better
