Tranquility Trail Animal Sanctuary is a wonderful rabbit rescue in Arizona and I’m so sad to learn they are have to find a new building. Their new landlord won’t renew their lease giving them only 6 weeks to find a new place. UGH. They are honestly one of the best rescue set ups Ive seen and just hope they can land on their feet and continue their good work.

Hi friends, we wanted to update you on our location situation. For the past 2 months, we have been speaking with the new owner of our building as he was open to learning more about what Tranquility Trail does for the community. He was considering letting us stay on as a tenant. We were able to come to a verbal agreement that enabled us to stay for an additional year. When it came time to do the paperwork, the owner of the building wouldn’t answer any of our communications. We have spent the last 3 weeks attempting to get an answer from him about renewing our lease. After one last attempt in communication today, we finally received our answer. He will not follow through with what had been discussed and won’t renew our lease. We now have our answer and we have to move. Tranquility Trail does not fit with the image for the building. This now leaves us with only 6 weeks to find and prep a new location, which will be extremely difficult. We are hoping for the best and preparing for the worst. We are setting up trusted foster homes for all the bunnies should we not be able to find a new location. All of our new programs are on hold. We won’t be able to book any groups, bunny sitting or volunteer sessions past August, until we know what the future of Tranquility Trail will be. We are clearing out our resale boutique with a big sale. All items are 50% off. Please know we are doing all we can and we are hoping something wonderful will be on the horizon. Thank you all for your love, support and prayers. We will keep you all updated.
And
We are looking for 4000-6000 square feet, fully AC. We are trying to stay under 95 cents a square foot.
