Yes, this is a question for outdoor adventures. I’m interested in knowing how you like taking your bunny/bunnies to get out and enjoy the sunny weather and what you do?

being in suburban Canada, it’s the Wild West in my backyard so my fur children will never see the outdoors however, I’d say a properly fenced off backyard or pen would be superior to a harness. some buns take to using one rather well but I have heard some stories of bunnies getting scared, then getting hurt by the harness.

I use an enclosed metal run out in the garden for mine

I throw a ground sheet over in the rain, so this time of year, they can get out all day (unless the rain is so bad the ground is soaked) and they love being out

I’d not use a harness & leash, rabbits sacre so easily, if they bolt in a harness and leash they can hurt themselves really bad.
I have two outdoors runs the same type that G.J has. Only one of my buns seems to enjoy being outside though.

Before you take a bun outside, read up on fly strike.

Also be careful about heat. Rabbits are very sensitive to heat. There must be shadow that they can seek up and if it gets hot, I put frozen water bottles in the run so the buns can snuggle up to them.
