  Hello! My rabbit Jimmy is 4.5/5.5 months old, yesterday one of his ears started to flop(kind of stuck out but sometimes stayed straight up or flopped down), today it stayed floppy with his ear occasionally only going up for a split second before flopping back down. I checked his ear for any sign of infection and all seems ok, he isn’t scratching it or anything. He is a crossbreed but I don’t know what he’s a cross of. I thought he might be a lop cross but I thought their ears flopped a lot younger than this.
  
  Is this anything to be concerned about? I’m going to keep checking inside his ear for any change, but is the problem always noticeable or should I take him to the vet?

  4 to 6 months isn’t very late for a lop to lop. Generally if they are going to be a full lop it would have started earlier, but that’s quite normal for one that will helicopter.

  I agree. Mixes may not show signs of having lop in them until they are older.
