the sounds rabbits make needs to be interpreted in context. An aggressive growl is often accompanied by charging and pummeling. My bunny Yohio used to growl, then immediately put his head on the floor for pets, so I always chalked it down to some form of insecurity. He can still growl and charge when he’s not feeling well, but then it’s very obvious that it’s aggressive/defensive.

Some buns are more vocal than others. They can have whole ranges of sounds, and then there are some buns that never “say” anything at all. The only bunny vocalization I know of that definitely means sth bad is a high, blood-freezing cry. That’s not sth you could ever mistake for anything but agonizing fear or pain. Other vocalizations can mean different things for different buns. A bunny can grunt when she’s begging for food or courting another bun (or human. Or toy). They can let out a twitter when they eat sth delicious or when they’re washing themselves thoroughly.

If she seems happy, I’d say she’s happy. If she pummels and lunges, then she’s displeased (not uncommon at all with territorial rabbits when you try to clean the cage).

Bunnies can even thump for diffrent reasons. It generally means fear, but some buns thump when they are happily binkying around. And thumping for attention (food) is very common.
