  I discovered sore hocks on both of my rabbit’s hind legs. I made the flooring soft but they won’t go away. How can I treat them? I don’t want her to be in pain, what can I do?

  If the sores are open and looking quite inflamed, you may want to consult a vet.

  What do they look like? Most bunnies have pink callouses on their hocks, some are covered by fur, others have bald spots. Hard pink
  callouses are nothing to worry about and don’t need treatment. Only monitoring. Red, cracked, bleeding, inflammed or oozing sores need treatment.
