  The directions say 1tsp on day 1,3,5,7 then once a week after that. I’m wondering if there would be a good, bad or no effect to giving it daily? Olive is having so many tummy problems I’d like to help more if possible.

  Maybe phone the company? I don’t know if I’d give more. What other treatment has your vet prescribed?

  I agree, the best thing is probably to ask the company that makes Benebac. You could e-mail them. I think it’s ok though, I have one type of “maintenance” probiotics for my buns and one super-concentrated powder with the same bacteria for stressful situations (travel f ex) and bouts of tummy trouble etc. Since Olive is old and on abx, he could need a bigger dose.
