I know that a lot of rabbit mixes you get from grocery/pet stores aren’t suitable for rabbits, but my little Pops absolutely loves dried fruit and vegetables. He only gets them as a treat every now and then, usually if we’re playing a game where he has to find the hidden treat.
I came across this treat mix though which I thought might be good for those times, but i need advice on if you think it would be suitable. Keep in mind that this is only occasional (and in small doses) and not part of his daily diet. His daily diet is Timothy hay and fresh vegetables with a small amout of pellets.
The ingredients are: Pellets (containing Wheaten bran and pollard, Lupins, Barley, Lucerne, Clover, Lignin, Canola, Triticale, Lentils, Oats, Peas, Beans, Soya, Sunflower, Grape and products derived from those ingredients, Bentonite, Limestone, Dicalcium phosphate, Salt, Vitamins and Minerals), Faba beans, Extruded cereal pieces, Crushed lupins, Flaked maize, Barley meal, Wheat grit, Soya, Carrot, Carob, Sunflower seed, Beet pulp, Vegetable oil, Colours and Antioxidant.
Thanks
