Citrus can be irritating to the airways. What I have found works wonders for areas that they do not walk on is ivory soap. Aria used to love to chew on the bottom of a wooden cabinet and rattan base. I rubbed ivory soap where she chews – solved the problem. If you find your bunny still chews on it, then you will need to clean it off and try something else, but give it a try and let us know how that works!
