I have a super sweet 7 month old Holland lop and a 4 month old lop. They are indoor bunnies and I’ve had both since they were each 8 weeks. We recently moved from Colorado to Austin, Texas. I am having terrible issues here with asthma and can’t even pet my bunnies without using an inhaler Does anyone else live in the Austin area? Are allergies always bad here? I’m thinking it’s just seasonal allergies and bunnies are aggravating it.

Could be your new home-maybe have someone in to test the air. I wonder if there isn’t mold or something else bothering you.

What type of hay are you feeding? Did you have to switch? It’s often timothy hay that causes allergies, but if you are sensitive just a change in hay may make you react more than you used.
