Our bunny escaped last night and got into his pellets. I woke up because the bunny we are trying to bond him with went crazy and eventually woke me up. I have no idea how long he was out or how much he ate. What should I do? Will he be ok? It’s the middle of the night right now amd I’m freaking out….

He will be fine. Maybe a few extra night poops and a few extra pounds. Give him hay only for a couple of days.

I agree with Roberta. He probably just has a belly full of pellets which may or may not cause a few extra cecals.

Thanks so much guys! I was just worried because I know with horses if they over eat they tend to colic which is similar to stasis so I was really worried! Kraken is doing fine today. Thanks for the reassurance!
