I got a new bun recently who’s around three months old. She’s a rex and is still just settling into the place.

However, one of the things we found about her is her nails feel really sharp. We feel they should have them clipped soon but we’re not sure what’s too soon, between her age and settling period. When’s a good time to check and snip?

Since shes still settling its best not to try to pick her up and check because bunnies dont like getting their nails trimmed. She would probably get scared of you. The trust and bond is still building so its best to wait a few more weeks till shes more comfortable.

Thanks, we were going to hold off on some things anyway so it couldn’t hurt to save it for then, too
