Can anyone help identify this issue on my rabbit?

It’s hard to tell from the picture. Is he in with another rabbit?

Yes, we had two males and this one seemed to be the one be chased by the other for a while but I separated them about a week ago and it seems to still be getting a little worse. I’ll try to get a better photo this evening.

He may have be bitten and had fur pulled out. If the skin was torn off, then it would scab over and possibly have fur stuck in it like that. Just looking at that photo, it looks pretty icky. You have to be careful because bunnies can develop abscesses pretty easily. You’re going to want to make sure it isn’t infected. Do you have a vet that can take a look at it? You can use plain Neosporin on it, but you might need an oral antibiotic.
