How recent are the spaying/neuterings? Many bunnies if not most go through a “post-neuter/spay craze” starting a few days- a week after the procedure and lasting up to 8 weeks. During this time the bunny can be aggressive, territoral and/or hyper-sexual. It has to do with the hormone-levels, hormones persist for some time after the spay even if the production is shut down.

If this is what makes your girl-bunny so angry, you should separate the bunnies for a few weeks or until she has calmed down, then try to re-bond. If they haven’t managed to hurt each other too bad, re-bonding them will probably work since they’ve grown up together.
