Hi all, hoping to get some expert opinions once again!
Fifi has had another visit to her boarders whilst I went away for a few days, thankfully she seems to have perked up much more quickly than the last time when she went anorexic and she’s eating and drinking fine today. However, on picking her up from the rabbit boarder lady yesterday, she told me that shed had “2 funny turns” whilst being picked up, and described an almost mini stroke with her going wonky and freezing up until putting her down and stroking her and then she returned to normal. I’ve never ever seen this behaviour/issue with her. Tonight whilst fussing over her I’ve suddenly noticed that I can see what I think is her iris on her left eye – which I’ve never noticed before. Is it normal to see the iris in a honey coloured mini lop? I always assumed she just had pretty much solid black eyes. And has anyone had any experience of this behaviour before? Thanks in advance x

I really haven’t heard of either condition in your bunny. I would suggest you take her for a check up at the vet, describing what your boarder told you in as much detail as possible. I would also seriously consider using a different boarder. Perhaps your vet can recommend someone else.

Thanks RabbitPam I’ll call them tomorrow to ask advice.
My post isn’t worded terribly well, sorry – the boarding place is great and the couple are really knowledgeable about bunnies, and look after house bunnies in their home with them – Fifi has the whole utility room when she stays. She just seems to be a really sensitive bun that gets stressed easily by the change in environment – I adopted her at 18 months (she’s now 3.5) and she’d had multiple homes before then so could possibly be a contributer to the anxiety. The fact that she gets so stressed makes me slightly cautious of rushing her to the vets prematurely too x
