I have an amazing baby bunny named Benny. He is 10 months old and just got neutered early August. Since being neutered, he has only gone to the bathroom in the litter box. All of a sudden, today, I noticed he was pooping in one spot on my bed. I kicked him off of my bed, and figured he was upset with me because I haven’t been able to cuddle in a little over a week (he has a lot of time out of his cage, though). So, I laid on my couch to cuddle and he loved it. After a while he jumped off the couch, ran around like crazy, and then I noticed him back on my bed moving my comforter around with his front feet. I walked over to noticed he was pooping in be bed again! This was all within 2 hours. I picked him up and put him in his cage for the night.
Can anyone explain this behavior? Benny has literally been perfect since i’ve gotten him. He loves to be pet, he comes when I ask him to, he’s super happy, never territorial, never bites, loves cuddles, and he’s very spoiled. He’s a big snoop though and tries to find trouble, but it’s never anything serious. What is my baby Benny up to this time?!?
