Hey, i was wondering if anyone has had any similarities or differences in their rabbits personalities/ behaviors based on where they received them.

In my case, i have two lovely female mini lops who came from a breeder. They were the last two and no one wanted them and the breeder was giving them away for free as she didn’t want them either. Neither of them like being picked up, one tolerates cuddles and the other one im lucky to get a few strokes. Both of them aren’t very brave rabbits, but are content to be around you, and aren’t cuddly rabbits.

Then, i got another rabbit from a pet shop. He was a huge bunny stuck in a tiny cage all on his own with bits of sawdust and such in his fur. So feeling sorry for him, i brought him home. He was skittish at first and ran from everything. Sometimes he still freaks out and runs like a mad man. If he doesn’t know you, he is a scaredy cat. But once he does he really shines. he is one of the most inquisitive rabbits i have ever known. He loves getting cuddles and pats and kisses. He will follow me everywhere if he knows there is food. He runs all over the flat, and you find him sleeping wherever he wants. He lives with one female and the other one lives on her own, but he will pay her visits and eat her hay and use her litter tray. She just gives him a weird look and lets him get on with it. He loves playing games, when i try to herd him back to my room he waits for me to catch up then runs away, and repeats it until he gets tired and i carry him back. He binky’s nonstop. My females sometimes do but very rarely. They are much more chill than he is. I love them all to pieces, and it just goes to show how different rabbits personalities can be. Anyone else have any crazy bunnies and where they came from?
