I adopted a 3 year old dwarf Himalayan, Penelope, a little over a month ago. She is really cute and very curious. She has a big personality and is bossy. Her and my little lion head dwarf, Felix, were fully bonded within days of me getting her. The past few weeks I have noticed that she steals Felix’s food right out of his mouth. I have been having to separate them while feeding or giving treats, or even batting her away from him. Yesterday I saw that he was fed up with her doing this. So whenever he was around food and she came near, he would nip her until she ran away, sometimes even changing after her. I have been trying to feed her first so maybe she won’t steal his food, but she still is. She isn’t starving and I feed them every day. I separated her and Felix for an hour and then put him back in their pen and they were fine. Is there a way I can stop her from taking Felix’s food?
