Hi everyone, I have a question and would appreciate any feedback. I recently took my baby Max to his vet because he looked thinner than usual and he was having a hard time jumping up on the couch. Which he has always been able to do effortlessly. I thoroughly poked and prodded him as much as he’d let me without being too evasive on him. He didn’t react to my touching to let me know he was in pain. The vet told me the reason he couldn’t jump is because he was underweight and too weak. Does that sound right? He is only .9 Oz from his ideal weight so I’m confused. Has anybody heard this before? Is there anything else that could be causing my bunny to not jumping other than being underweight?
