I actually had a really similar case around the same time with Midnight (my oldest bun). She would go to the “treat giver” (my father) with no problem, but would completely avoid me, despite me being her closest friend for a long time. Is your bun fixed? Mine wasn’t at the time and the vet said that was likely a reason. The way I finally calmed my bunny down enough to come near me was just to lay on my stomache and read or play on my phone (be careful with books though if your borrowing, as some little ones will try to chew it up). When she felt ready, she’d come up and sniff me and a few times walk on my back. If you move towards her during that time, she may try to run thinking you may pick her up. Just let her come to you, and, if she nudges at your hand, give her a gentle petting
Mine got over it within about a month or so, but is still a little angry when she gets put in her pen an night.
