  I was thinking of storing my buns lettuce in a salad spinner and was wondering if this is a good idea?

  After washing my lettuce in water and vinegar I simply spin them in the thingy until it is dry enough, then I store it in a tupperware container with a paper towel at the bottom to absorb the exes moisture. I find this works better for me, keeps it fresh and crispy for a good while.
