Hi! So I posted awhile ago that my rabbit had mushy poop, then later I found some round balls in his neck.

So I brought him to the vet, first was for the bad poop. The bad poop went away and everything seemed fine and then a random explosion of bad poop all of the sudden. Around the poop explosion is when I noticed the little cysts in my bunny’s neck.

So I brought him to the vet last week for the poop and the little cysts. The vet said the little balls I was feeling may be nothing but he didnt seem sure. So we got 3 different medicines. One for the cysts, one for the poop, and another one because his stomach seemed inflamed to my vet.

So fast forward a week to today, the last three days my rabbits poop got way worse. It looks like someone spilled soy sauce all over the floor (so very dark brown watery poop). He is pooping normally, peeing normally, eating normally but he has that watery poop at night and I noticed its a little yellowish around his nose.

Could medicine cause this watery poop? Last time we tested the poop and there are no parasites in it. Im feeding him a little bit of pellets and hay all the time. i give him veggies once in awhile but im afriad it will affect his poop.

Should I go to a different vet? My vet is an exotic animal vet so idk if he really is rabbit savvy. Im really upset because I just spent all this money to get the problem fixed but it got worse and im scared
can hot weather cause watery poop too? Sorry for all the questions.
