Hi, everyone!
This is my first time on the forum! I have one 5 month old female dutch bunny named Pancake and one 3 month old male (supposedly, the rescue we got him from claimed he was male but he’s too spastic for me to check/I’m afraid of hurting him) holland lop named Elephant:

^Pancake

^Elephant
Issue #1:
Lately, Elephant’s been lunging at me whenever I try to add hay to his litter box or put my hand near him inside his cage- he’s never done this before- could it mean he’s simply in teenager mode or he does he hate me!? He has plenty of toys/things to chew on and is let out frequently during the day.
Issue #2:
Pancake is tearing up everything she has in her condo! He has two wooden balconies and a ladder that are made of wood but covered in a pillowcases. We built him his gigantic condo maybe 2 months ago and he’s never shown an interest in destroying anything before
She was spayed 2 months ago, could this be a factor, too…?
They’re both kept in the same room but in separate condos because Elephant isn’t neutered and they can’t be bonded quite yet. Does anyone have advice?
