  Herman’s been neutered about a month and a half ago, no humping of spayed female. They love each other, but if my Cat Rudy comes in the room, my 3 pond Herman runs up to her, and take a nip. At least I think so, Rudy screams and slaps him, no hurting. She’s scared of everything,lol. But, He will stare at me sometimes, like, this is MY house, you need to leave!
  
  Will he settle down as the hormones lower, or is he just going to play God? I was throwing feeder corn in my back yard for wild rabbits all winter, and 1 day here’s this little black rabbit running round eating. The lady at local cable company, population of 1000 said a guy was in about 2 weeks before I rescued him, asking if anyone reported a missing bunny cause he’d been feeding him for about 2 weeks. The guy lives 6 blocks from me. I brought him in a cage Neutered him, and litter trained him, he’s free now, but, NOBODY gives him any Sh%%^^t. One tough cookie. Never bit me or any other human, but my cat, pretty sure she has felt his wrath. It is funny to see a 3 pound rabbit chase a 17 pound cat away. This pic was where he spent his first month and a half, 4weeks after neutering I finally let him free. Leaves my 5 year old Jersey Wooly alone except for grooming her, he loves to lick her face and eyes.

  He may settle down as he matures…probably some of his behavior has to do with being on his own outside and having to fend for himself too. Cute Jersey Wooly!

  Thanks, yeah, she scared me me half to death about 2 hours ago, I picked her up to take her upstairs, and my hand felt wet. I thought she peed on me. Looked down and my palms were bright red. Quick took her to the vet, she was almost whinning or screaming. Turned out she broke the outside claw on front left foot clear off. $65.00 later, she’s fine, I’m still shaking……………..lol

  Herman sounds exactly like my little Bridge bunny, Stormy. He was King of the living room. He used to chase the cats out and if they snuck in he would try to bite their tails while they slept!

  Yeah, I think his being afraid of nothing is what kept him alive for AT LEAST 2 weeks of March in Minnesota. My Jersey Wooly is slow, and doesn’t hardly jump at all, Herman, can run across my living room, jump on the couch, and walk around on the end table before you can say Jack Rabbit. I’ve never seen lightning with fur before, but, I have now. I swear the little guy could run round my living room walls 4ft off the floor on the walls, if there wasn’t furniture in the way. My cat walked around the side of a chair, crouched like she was going to pounce. She took off behind the chair, chased him out, she came around the other side of the chair behind him, and he turned around and chased the cat right out of the living room. All that in like 10 seconds, lol
