I have a 2 month old rabbit named Bunnard and she’s very energetic, like most baby bunnies are. I have had a rabbit before, but she passed away because I got her when she was old. Basically I left my baby out yesterday night (which is rare, usually I put her away at night so she does not pee on my bed.) I left my kitten in my room as well because they get on really well, like sisters. I don’t know if my rabbit may have ate something or just is having messy poo. When I went into the room this morning she was acting fine as far as I could see, but when I lifted her up she had poop stuck on her bottom. So I cleaned her up the best I could and gave her some hay and pellets. I know bunnies poop little balls most of the time, but is this odd for her to have poop on her bum? She is a very big troublemaker and likes to eat tons of stuff, candles, whatever she can find. I’ve cleaned my room dramatically since then and I’ve had no problems for a few days. I was wondering if maybe my cat frightened her and made her poo this way? She is drinking and eating like normal and I think she is pooping pellets too I’m not sure.
I don’t have any money to take her to a vet right now. I’m 17 and I just get worried easily I guess. Her private part was a bit swollen but not much.
Can someone tell me if this is occasionally normal for bunnies to poop like mine did?
