I have absolutely no idea what this is. I tried researching it online and I found nothing. I did take Hash Brown to the vet and she didn’t really know what it was. I did give him medication for his sneezing (antibiotics) and the scabby hairless area seemed to had gotten better but today I looked back at his nail and majority of his nail fell off. Does anyone know what this is?

This is how his nail looked before. It was very scabby and dry

And this is what it looks like now. He did grow back his fur a bit but the majority of  his nail is gone.

It just looks like the nail experienced trauma and was broken way up at the top. It probably filled with blood, but didn’t fall all the way off until now. When the nail is broken off like that, there will be a funny looking nub like that.
