Maybe put some hay and some pellets/treats in it as sort of a foraging treat?

I saw a post someone put on FB about making a scratching box out of any sized box.
You cut the end off of it (so that you have the equivalent to a shoebox lid), and then cut the rest of the box into strips. Then you take those strips and line them up in the “lid” that you created, filling it like that until you have something that looks similar to a cardboard scratcher for cats. Then you take dried herbs that the bunny likes (dandelion, chamomile, clover, rose-hips, etc) and sprinkle it in the cardboard like catnip to get the bunnys interest.

I can’t recall who posted it, but it looked like it would make for some quick fun for the bunny that likes to dig.

I use oatmeal tubes and remove the lid and plastic rim/ring; then cut a hole in the side big enough for the bunny to stick his/her head in. Then I poke 4 holes in the back of the tube and attach it to the side of the cage with 2 zip ties, tube open side up and the new hole facing out toward the bunny. This makes for a great hay-rack that’s easy to fill and can hang over the litterbox without taking up too much room. Not sure if that would help or not, but it’s an oatmeal container thing! I just posted on another topic about the digging box I just made! A box full of shredded paper, with pellets (or other treats your rabbit likes) to dig for. My rabbit loved it and played for 30mins! Cut a side down so bun can get in and out safely.

I basically did what Winstons-mum did I took a cardboard box cut one side down so the bunny could get in or out but instead of paper and pellets I cut up a bed sheet and put it in there…the only problem with this is sometimes the bunny pees in there but I just replace the sheet and it’s time to dig some more. 

Another idea is to make a kind of maze what you do is take a big cardboard box *one that is made to put big heavy things in like a tv or something* and cut the box so you have 2 halves of the box *if that makes sense, if you did it right you will have 2 triangular shaped things that stand on their sides* cut off the top of the box and bottom of the box because you don’t need those. Next cut little half circles at the bottom of the triangular thing so your bunny can move through it like a tunnel. then you can set up a bunch of these in a way to get a treat or just so they can pretend to be “sneaky” but still not getting in trouble.
