They do that to mark their territory. You can put the poops in her litterbox when she’s watching you, and she’ll eventually get the idea of where to go. You can also do this when she pees, but wipe it up with a paper towl and put the towel in her litterbox.

If she’s dribbling urine around, she probably has a urinary infection which requirs a vet visit for future reference.

Ooooh. Is little Pumpkin having some attitude issues? What did you do to make her mad? I’m kidding…sort-of. Sounds like she’s mad about something, as I see she’s spayed. Do you know if it started after you gave the box a good cleaning? Some rabbits want you to put some of the stinky stuff back in after the box is all freshened up. Can you bring yourself to confine her a bit for a couple of days and get her back on the straight and narrow??? And Jack Rabbit says you have to talk to them and explain what they are doing wrong while you are putting poops back in the box, though Gus doesn’t care what I’m saying. When his attitude kicks in, he will poop all over his pen (he isn’t free to roam 24/7), then he’s over it and goes back to the box for his business. And I was just complaining about not being able to have 24/7 free roam bunny. Hope you straighten up and behave yourself so Pumpkin doesn’t have to keep showing her displeasure of whatever the situation is LOL

Yep, you have to have the “poop goes in the potty” talk while showing her that you’re putting the poops in the litterbox!! LOL! This won’t help much with territory marking but it worked with mine for cage pooping. Marlee was the toughest, but a few days of showing her and having “the talk” worked. I should add that Marlee watched and listened very intently during “the talks”! Having these talks with Marlee also worked with walls (“we don’t lick walls”). And no, I’m not crazy! Hahaha!

Well, Gus is 12 pounds and his are really big. I don’t think I’d want one any bigger. Those little tiny droppings would seem almost cute to me, but not on the couch. At least you have help cleaning up, despite the cussing. All animal bodily fluids are mine, unless I’m gone, and even then sometimes I’ve come home to paper towels laying over the problem areas. Part of it is because I’m a control freak. I think most of it is because I’m the animal person in the house. Grumble grumble

LLH — My curiousity got the best of me already so you can probably find a thread somewhere with a discussion about giant breed poop size! I was picturing golf ball size poops, but apparently they’re big but not proportionally bigger!! LOL!
