Hi, guys, it’s me and Chito again.
I guess I was too preoccupied with stuff that I didn’t notice our hay supply thinning, so when I eventually did (only a handful was left), I ran to the nearest pet shop to buy some Timothy. I was initially planning to get some online but the supplier said there’s not going to be any until November so I just- did what I could.
Anyway, so I started dishing this new hay. When I opened the package, my first impression was of how sweet it smells. I mean, it makes me want to take a bite and all. The stalks look fresher, too. So I was excited to give it to Chito but then she took a sniff and walked away. And I was like
((( The hay that she used to consume before this came from her farm and it’s so dry and dusty and all but she ate them. Do you think I should go back to the farm’s hay or is there a way for me to salvage this 500g of sweet-smelling hay?
Thanks, guys.
PS: and oh, Chito hates the hay rack (or the hay). Do you guys cut the strands and place it in their food crock? Because that’s what I do, is it good for them?
