Hello, this morning I did my usual routine with the Flopster
After I feed her and clean her bowl, I will clean out her litter box like a good hoomin slave. My payoff is that I get to pet her head for a bit as she seems more receptive to head rubs in the morning before diva/brat mode begins later in the day.
One of the things I like to do is to check her teeth, although secretly I get a kick out of parting her puffy, fluffy lips (are they lips?) and examining her nice white chompers.
Today, as I was doing it, I noticed some hay stuck on the face of the tooth (not in between). I tried to clean it off, but she got annoyed and turned away. After a few attempts, I managed to get rid of the piece of hay.
My question is, does it matter? I mean, I know she doesn’t “brush” her teeth as we do, and i’m not aware of any chewables that clean the teeth like dogs. So if I see a piece of food stuck, is that okay to leave it and know it’ll take care of itself or should I obsess over it and try to clean it off.
I also thought I saw some white stuff (plague??) but I can’t confirm because she was being squirmy -_____-
