Firstly, welcome!
A couple questions: is she spayed? What kinds of toys does she have? Are you sure she’s actually ingesting and not just chewing? Have you tried vinegar on the things you don’t want her to chew?
• Spaying her, if she isn’t already, not only will help with her attitude and behavior, but also will greatly reduce her chances of getting reproductive cancers.
• Maybe you haven’t found the right kinds of toys for her yet! Try getting her a few things to climb in and chew on – anything cardboard (no ink), tunnels, untreated willow things, wooden chew toys, balls, baby keys, all of these make excellent boredom busters. There are also a ton of cheap and fun toys you can make at home (see the TOYtorial thread under Toys & Habitat). A personal favorite of my own rabbit is a paper towel tube with holes cut in the side and pellets inside that he can knock out and eat.
• White vinegar is a rabbit safe cleaner and repellent that many rabbits find nasty to be around. Dilute a mixture of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water and spray on the areas you don’t want her to chew. This doesn’t work for all, but works for many. If it doesn’t work at first, make the vinegar side slightly stronger.
If all else fails, you may want to consider limiting her space a bit with an x-pen so that she doesn’t get into trouble when you’re not around.
Good luck!
