Thank you! I was really alarmed by the color, I ended up calling a small animal vet at the University of Georgia since that would be the closest emergency vet that is really good, he said based on how she is acting and there is no discharge, I would be ok to wait, but to call back and come in if anything changed, luckily I am off the next couple days to make sure she is ok. It isn’t her entire incision either, just a small part of it which is probably why it looks little. We are now keeping her confined so she can’t further damage it until we see our vet.

Thanks a ton for replying. I spoke with a vet who specializes in exotics and rabbits at UGA, it’s the closest reputable vet for rabbits that’s 24 hours, he told me the same things as you, and just told me to keep an eye on it, he said that if it gets worse, or she acts in pain, or I notice a fever or discharge to call him back, but that I should be good until Tuesday, and not to make the drive unless it got bad. I checked again, it is just the top layer, I was just so scared, I’ve never had a bun go through a spay or any surgery before, thank you! If anything changes, I will update

Sorry about the double replies, I’m new to this site, but when we got home tonight, and checked the incision, there is no redness anymore, no signs of infection, no oozing, and super excited when she heard the veggie bags. I’ll keep keeping an eye on it. I would take another picture but don’t want to continue to stress her out.
